Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This page is maintained by Linked Ops to set out the rules and expectations for using our platform. It is app-owned content, not independent legal advice. If you have questions about a specific term, contact us before relying on it.
1. About the service
Linked Ops is a digital network that connects skilled civil construction operators with companies looking to hire. We provide profile hosting, search, verification, and communication tools. We are not an employment agency, labour-hire provider, or payroll service. Any hire or engagement is between the operator and the company.
2. Who can use Linked Ops
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work or hire in Australia. Companies must provide accurate business details. Operators must only list qualifications, tickets, and experience they actually hold. Providing false information may result in account suspension or removal.
3. Account registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and notify us immediately. Linked Ops may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.
4. Operator profiles
Operator profiles may be reviewed by our admin team before being published. We verify tickets and experience to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that every qualification is current or valid. Companies should still perform their own checks before hiring.
5. Company conduct
Companies agree to use operator information only for the purpose of evaluating and contacting candidates. You may not sell, share, or scrape profile data. Messages must be professional and relevant to civil construction opportunities.
6. Fees and payments
Linked Ops is currently free to use during our trial period. No subscription or payment is required to browse operators, view contact details, or send contact requests. We will give notice before introducing any paid plans in the future.
7. Liability
Linked Ops is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to hiring decisions, workplace incidents, or disputes between users.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Linked Ops may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or where required by law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued beforehand.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Linked Ops after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
10. Contact us
